1997 Dodge Truck vehicle will not Move

I have a 97 dodge with the 5.9 Cummins. Every time a cold front moves through, the brakes will sieze up, and I have to fight against the brakes by attempting to drive forward and backwards until they free. It has worked every time until now. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the flexible brake hoses that go to your caliper are failing. They will show no signs externally, but internally they fail - causing your calipers to seize up.
