I have a 1997 dakota. Did a tuneup on it, Changed the wires, plugs, Rotor and cap. Put the plugs at the same gap as the ones I had in there. But now it doesnt want to start, But if it does start (after 10 minutes of cranking) It runs great there after! But I am also getting worse MPG per the computer! Please let me know what I did wrong and how to fix it. Thank you

You may have done nothing wrong. You need to find out what is lacking during the no start. Using a spark tester and a fuel gauge, determine if you are not getting either.

What kind of plugs did you use?

What brand, part number and liter size of your engine?

Did you spray silicone di-electric greas on both ends of the wires before installing them?
