1996 Dodge Truck help

At idle speed and turning tight I feel and hear chatter coming from the rear wheels. I walked next to truck and felt it thru the tire. I jacked up the rear and checked the wheels for play (none) pulled the tire and drum to check for sticking brakes. I replaced a leaky brake cylinder a few weeks ago so I thought it may be faulty. I do not think that is the problem.
