1988 Dodge Truck no fuel

I have a 1988 Dodge d100 with a 318. Had problems with it dumping too much fuel. Replaced fuel pressure regulator, then got no fuel. Replaced fuel pump and filter still getting no fuel to the throttle body. Got pressure at fuel filter

Is the fuel pressure within specs and are the injectors pulsing

Yes, injectors are pulsing and the PSI at the pump is about 17

Your pressure is lil bit on the high side -check the fuel return line if its clogged this will cause the fuel pressure to rise over the normal specs
