THE CAR MAKES A RATTLE NOISE EVEN WHEN I DRIVE IT AND SOMETIMES WHEN I PULL OFF IT SOUND LIKE SOMETHING IS STRAINING MY GEARS DO CHANGE OUT. IT ALSO VIBRATES. I GOT NEW ROTORS AND A TUNE UP.

Is the noise coming from under the vehicle? If so, take a rubber mallot and tap on the exhaust system to see if a heat shield is loose or the insides of the catalytic converter are making the noise. Let me know what you find.

As far as the vibration, when do you feel it, braking, driving at certain speeds, all the time?
