2003 Dodge Stratus Fuses

The battery ran down on my car. Before it was jumped off everything worked inside the car. After it was jumped off the interior dome light the radio and the automatic locks don"t work. Where do I need to look to fix these problems?

I would first check out the fuses in the fuse box with a test light and see if any are blown. There are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one all the way left of the dash inside panel.
