It is idling rough and stalling out. Hard to pick up speed and has a very loud rumble. Scanner read a miss in cylinder 4. We changed spark plugs and coil pack, wires seemed fine. It did ok for 2 days and now is doing the same thing all over again. I just need to know what else it could be or what to check next?
