2002 Dodge Stratus car wont start

My car isn't doing anything when I turn it over to start it, like the fuel pump isn't turning on, the radio, or turn signals either but the lights work including harard lights. I don't know why this is happing because it doesn't need a jump. How can I get my car to start?

Check and make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Also, check to make sure the ground to the engine block is clean and tight. Finally, under the hood is a power distribution box. It contains relays and fuses. Check the fuses in that box to make sure they are all good.
