How do I disconnect the brake to replace the brake light

The brake light bulb is in the rear of the vehicle. To get to it you have to open the trunk and unscrew the harness and pop a new bulb in it. Now if your looking for the brake light switch, then that is behind the brake pedal. Unplug it and put a new one in. But before all of that. Make sure you diconnect the negative battery cable nothing gets shorted or no one gets hurt
