2001 Dodge Stratus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i dont kno what is wrong I shift into all gears ok but reverse I had it in reverse this morning then when I tried it in the afternoon it would not go into reverse. Its a standard, stick shift. It doesn't feel like its going into gear at all. And it doesn't seem to matter if the vehicle is cold or hot.

Hi, when you try and put it in reverse, does the selector show it is in reverse?
Does it sound like it is going in reverse?Does it go in reverse when it is cold but not when the car is hot?
Does the fluid look and smell clean?

My 2001 dodge stratus stick shift 6 cyc will go into all gears but reverse it does not matter if the vechile is cold or hot. Please help. I checked all fluids

If you have no reverse you have a internal trans prob, major repair is required. Sorry no easy repair here billymac
