My 2001 dodge stratus cope, a/c runns fine when you frist start it up. But about 10mins later when the car warm up, the compressor starts to shout cycle. On & off with in 3 sec and also the fans. There is'nt any sign's of ice up on the suction line on the compressor, so I dont think it's low on frion. Any idea's, plese let me knw, thank u.

Ice on the suction line is a sign of over-charge. Compressor cycling rapidly is a sign of under-charge. The low-pressure cutout switch is turning the compressor off to prevent pulling the low side into a vacuum and drawing in air / humidity.

Thanks for the help, the unit was cycling on a head pressure of 400psi. It was over charge and that was causeing the compressor to short cycle. Same to be running fine now. Thank u
