2000 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hello I have a problem with my signal lites they are not stay on on when I make a turn. When I make a right or left turn they would only blink once and then shut off where could this problem be coming from and how would I fix it?

There may be an issue with the multifunction switch. I'd have to check the feed to and from the switch when the problem is ongoing, to be sure. My info shows the combo turn/hazzard flasher is part of the multifunction switch?

In the steering column. Your turn signal arm is part of it. Be aware of the air-bag.
