2000 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I cannot start my car but the engine turns over so its no the battery we keep getting the oil sign but there is already oil in it and it continues to emit a smell of something burning in the car.

Check fuses
check for spark
check for fuel and fuel pressure
not sure how to do it check this site menu on the left we have video shows how to ..
check and or switch around the ASD relay

need manual CHECK IT @
