how to remove after removeing all bolts and lines ?

If you have all of the electrical wires, bolts, fluid..etc.. out of rack and pinion then it just takes a lot of strength and large tools to assist you in maneuvering it. Try to bring it through whichever wheel opening has more clearance (less engine components in the way) .
