Car is very difficult to steer. Tried to add power steering fluid but was already full. Pulley and belt seem to be working correctly. Help me please! What should I do?

Sounds like you need the pump changed.

There's an easy way to prove legitimate007 is right. Raise engine speed a little. If power assist comes back, the vanes in the pump are worn. This affects steering in both directions. If only one direction is involved, it's the rack and pinion assembly. The pump is the most common cause.
