Will be easy to replace it by myself? Do I need to go to a mechanic? And how many does it have?

P codes will identify the troubled area but I think code 21 is a downstream o2 sensor you may need to check it check fuses and wires
replace o2 sensor
code 12 beginning and 55 ending of codes
good luck
