1993 Dodge Stealth I need help no spark no fuel

I got the car from auction it was in the accident car is not starting it has no spark no fuel I check all fuses replace ignition module. Coil packs. Check alll wiring im wondering if it has reset botton that cuts of fuel and spark ples e mail me back if u know any ideas?

If it has one-check the ASD relay-this one powers up the coil/injectors and fuel pump
