1992 Dodge Stealth Car cranks but wont start

I just bought a 92 dodge steath. It had wires all over the place with remote start radio etc. The car wouls crank but wouldnt start. I took it to have it diagnosed and they said my cam/crankshaft position sensor was out. I want to change it myself but the diagnosis place said theres no way to go further in the diagnoses without sensor being change. If I replace it and it doesnt work what would be the next thing I should check?

Sounds like no snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- could be also the computer coil drivers-
