My husband took several steps to dismantle the starting system in my car. Starting with relays. I replaced the relays. What would be the next obvious steps. (A coil, A gas hose?) Any ideas?

Well he didnt want me to drive it so he took the keys, and two of the relays out. Does this car have a key with a chip in it? Because basically I am trying to start it with a screwdriver. I replaced two relays. I got it to crank but not to turn over. What should I do next?

Yes it probably has a VATs system so with out a key it will not start according to the wiring diagram. So with out the key so the anti theft module can read it the car will not start.

Yes it will but you will as this will provide a new key but you will have to have it programed after it is installed. That will have to be done at the dealer.
