both lights on, won't blink on either side. hazard stay on without flashing. if module is the problem, where is it located. thanks, john

check the gray relay on the bottom of the fuse panel under the steering wheel. they it is bad and it goes bad because of the fuse panel itself. the new fuse panel comes with fuses and relays you should be able to pull it out and put the relay back in but it will happen again in a few days
