Clunking noise

1992 Dodge Spirit Sedan, 73,000 miles Whenever I turn a corner and it doesn't matter which way I turn it makes a loud clunking noise. What is the problem?

Check the drive axel shafts. Do/did you light em up around corrners a lot?

Doesn't matter which direction I turn there's a loud clunk sound. And no I don''t hot rod it at all. Just normal driving.
