1993 Dodge Spirit fan

My cooling fan only comes on when my engine is really hot but that was before I got my head gasket replaced and now my engine runs cool but the fan never kicks on should I be worried about it or no I replaced the thermostat before the head gasket maybe it blew the thermostat I dont know could you give me some possibilities

Welcome to the forum, does the engine reach normal operating temp? Does the fan come on when you turn on the ac? You can take fan connector loose, use jumper wires off battery for voltage and ground, use inline fuse, touch to fan connector, black is ground the other voltage, see if the fan runs? There is also a fan relay.
