1992 Dodge Spirit Turn Signals

My Friend hit my car a couple of weeks ago. My turn signals have since then been blinking very off beat and "flickering". Now, They have all together stopped working. I check the fuses and no problems there. I then replaced the flasher and no problems there. Please help

Any one of the sockets or their ground wires could be bad. The bulbs may be bad also. Each side uses its socket for part of the wiring, it was a common problem. Without a proper wire, the signals will flash too fast or too slow.
