I need to ignition timing information for said car. I have the HAYNES book for my car(30060) and it tells me to refer to the "vehicle emissions control information" label. Well, I looked, looked, and looked and its not there. I just need to kneed to know where the mark needs to be in reference to top dead center. Thanks.

after you attached timing light to #1 cylinder you need to rotate teh lower crank pulley so that it has the timing marks called out on the crank pulley. take the light and aim it at the timing marks. light should strobe at the mark here, if not then its not in time.
