1991 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm new at trying to figure this stuff out
I am trying to find a fuse map for my car, there seems to be one missing and possibly a burnt out one and I have no idea how to tell.
Do you

There could be missing fuses for options you don't have like air conditioning, rear defogger, etc. To find a blown fuse, look at it from the side to check the curly-cue wire. If it has a gap, it's burned open. These blade-type fuses have two little metal tabs on top. Find a 12 volt test light with a sharp probe, clip the ground wire to a bare metal part of the body, then touch the probe to the tabs on the fuses. If it lights on one tab, it should light on the other tab. If it lights on only one tab, it's either burned out or you're not making good contact with the probe. If it doesn't light on either tab, that circuit is turned off. This could be the case with dash lights, brake lights, and tail lights.

What is the symptom you're trying to troubleshoot?
