2007 Dodge Ram squeaks

My 2007 dodge ram has a loud squeak in the front suspension it only does it after driving for a longer drive say like 30 miles or so. There or no places to grease so I am not sure what to do. I am afraid if I take it back to the dealer they are gonna tell me there is nothing wrong because ti wont do it all the time. Thanks for any help.

Inquire at the auto parts stores that rent tools if they have a "Chassis Ear". This is a set of six microphones you clip on to various suspect points. Some are wired to a box in the truck, some are wireless. Drive the truck until the noise occurs, then switch between the mics until you find the one with the loudest noise. By moving the mics around, you can narrow down the source.
