I have a vibration in the front end at 60-70 mph. I replaced the rotors, and took it to Dodge. They said there wasn't anything wrong. What could it be

I wouldnt be thinking a brake issue.

I would be checking drive axle working angles some dodges are known to have excessive angles cuasing the vheicle to vibrate in high speeds.

Check wheel alignement and balance also.
