When drive vehicle and take foot off accelerator a loud rattling noise comes from right front wheel. We have replaced hub but has not changed noise. Do we need to replace drive line or what is next step?

Thanks.

Have you checked the front axle for play and did you check the front driveline ujoints for play? If not do that first and then we will go from there.

The front right drive axle felt good and tight when we put it back in. The cv joints felt ok. We think it might be a differential bearing on the IFS front differential. The noise dont just happen when you are rolling without throttle. It seems to be always there. You can hear it better when you take your foot off the throttle. It's didn't seem to be a rattle but more of a bearing noise

Have you check the front hub assembly? If not then I would, use a longer screwdriver or an automotive stethiscope and lift the front wheel and spin it listening to the bearing and see if you hear any noise coming from it. Here is a pic of the assembly.

Ok so when you turn corners tight corners do you hear any clicking noises? Have you checked the caliper to see if it loose or if the brake pads are loose. One or the other could be and causing this noise too. Let me know what find.
