Hello, in my pickup I can turn the a/c or heater on and it cools and heats fine but the problem is that it doesn't blow out very well. I can turn it all the way up and it blows just the same. But, can hear it trying to blow out harder when you turn it up. The dealer said it was the circulation duct or something like that but I have looked everywhere for info on it and it's like it doesn't exist. Can you please help me?

If I understand this every thing seems to work, ac gets cold, heat is hot, fan speeds do change, but air is not getting to registers, so if you put it on defrost, does it come out in the right spot? Heat? ac?, if yes, posibly the recrc door is partially stuck...blocking the air? This will be the door closest to the blower motor. Diagram included...Some times you can drill a small hole in the plastic that hinges that door and spray some white lube in there and work the dorr back and forth, remove the blower to aid in accessing the door!
