2003 Dodge Ram turn signal

About 1/2 the time when I use my right turn signal nothing happens and when I use my left turn signal the right signal goes on. The other 1/2 of the time it works fine. Is it a switch going bad or a fuse or the wiring. I replace the ignition wiring harness about 4 month ago if that matters.

Honestly, it sounds like the wiring that was reciently replaced needs to be rechecked. Something is causing a short. If that checks out good, then have the signal switch checked.
