2003 Dodge Ram headlight bulb replacement

I know on the ram I have to remove the housing but after I remove the screws I cant figure out how to remove the last safty holding the housing in

I'm not sure if im reading you right, but if I am you dont have to take the housing out at all. I have a 2003 also. On the back of the housing the bulb as a plasic nut holding it in. Unscrew the nut and unplug the the bulb. Simple
