2002 Dodge Ram Several devices stoped working all together

Hi There
Suddendly, many devices stoped working at the same time: turn lights, brake lights, horn, wipers, main front lights don't respond to the control (they turn on by itself after starting the truck).
I already checked the fuses and relays, they' re ok.

I there some device that control all these elements.
