2002 Dodge Ram Engine will not turn over

I parked my truck last night, didn' t have any problems at all. I came out to start my truck and it will not turn over. Almost like the engine is froze up but it isn't. The starter engages but will not move. The battery is fully charged. Could it be the starter?

It sounds like a bad starter. I would remove it and have it bench tested at a parts store. Most will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.

PS: Make sure you disconnect the battery before removing the starter.
