2001 Dodge Ram Hole in transfer case

I have a hole in the top of my transfer case. I am going to go to a junk yard and see if I can find another one. Was wondering what models would match up with mine so I can look at different vehicles. The tag on case says 231. It is not HD just 231. Are some of the Jeep cases compatable?

As far as the transfer case, stick with a direct fit. Some of the Jeeps may have the same one, just make sure the part number is the same.

As far as a cross reference, I don't have one. However, the salvage yard will. Ask them when you get there to tell you which will work.
