I AM NOT GETTING VIOLTAGE AT MY COIL CONNECTION. WHICH OF CORSE MEANS NO FIRE. IT WAS RUNNING GREAT.I TOOK OF THE COIL WIRE TO THE DISTRIBUTER BECAUSE I HAD LOST A KEY.I WENT TO START IT AND REMEBERED THAT I HAD TAKEN IT OFF AFTER TURNING THE ENGINE OVER A FEW TIMES.I THEN CONNECTED THE COIL WIRE AND TRIED TO START IT. NOW I DONT HAVE VOLTAGE AT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. ONE IS WIRE 19 OFF THE PCM, AND THE OTHER RUNS TO THE ASD RELAY WIRE. WHERE IS MY PROBLEM.I AM AN ELECTRICIAN AND HAVE SOME GENERAL KNOLEDGE OF COMPUTERS. IS MY PCM GONE BAD, OR THE ASD NOT RIGHT.I NEED SOME HELP. IF YOU HAVE SOME TIME, I THANK YOU. JUST GOT LAID OFF AFTER 5 YEARS WITH MY CO. ONLY RIDE I HAVE TO LOOK FOR WORK. IM BROKE, AND HUNGRY, AND 2 WEEKS FROM BEING HOMELESS.

You cranked it with the wire from the coil to the distributor off? If so you could have ruined the coil, are you getting +12v goign to the connection with key on, and when cranking are you getting pulsing on the negative side of the coil?
