1999 Dodge Ram transmission work /4th gear motor excelerate

I recently had thr seal/bearing/bushing and tork converter changed in the transmission and now it still slips into all gears and when it goes into the last gear and im excelerating the it sticks in that exceleration and I cant get it to shift back down to slow down ect. Help ! The mechanis said the throttle on this year is not connected to the transmission its run by a computer could something need to be adjusted or can trans work cause this if so how?

The computer does the work on this one. Did you have the same problem prior to the work? Has the check engine light come on?

No problem before, truck ran great it didnt even slip after the seal busted until the fluid drained out. No check engine light is on before or after trans problem.I called the dodge dealer today and they seem to think something was not hocked up right? HELP I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT COULD BE BUT I ALREADY PAID THIS GUY 645.00 AND I cant pay for someone else to find problem. He warrantied it so I can take it back but he says it has nothing to do with trans work.
