1999 Dodge Ram please help

I just went and got a new battery and I still am not getting power to any thing. The power outlet fuse blowed and the battery wires are on tight and I need help fast think you.

What caused it to blow? Something you did or did it just blow on its own, I need to know.

Check all fusible links since you are getting power to nothing. Also check all fuses.
