My truck has a modified air intake and exhaust which have caused the oxygen sensor to send the following error codes:

P0132
P0135
P0138
P1757

These errors won't let me pass the smog test, and the "check engine" light is always on. What can I do to fix it?

The first three codes are 02 sensor codes for bank 1 but for a truck with 150,000mi. Change all four sensors. P1757 is a tranny code, governor pressure above 3 psi when 0 psi is requested. Try replacing the 02 sensors and reset the MIL.
