Had the same issue with my 99 dodge ram, replace the rear wheel sensor on the rear end, really easy and fairly cheap, should solve your problem

jkolb,

Don't start replacing parts like mhendrock recommended. You first have to run through a diagnostic to determine what the problem is.

The parking brake light and ABS light is illuminated because you have an ABS fault. To retrieve the code, ground PIN 13 on the DLC connector underneath the driveside dash. The ABS and parking light will start flashing a code. This will then tell you what circuit has failed
