1998 Dodge Ram Burning oil

My truck burns oil pretty badly and I was thinking it could possibly be the piston rings are worn or maybe valve stems but I needed a second opinion. What do you think it has a small leak as well but its burning oil pretty bad

Are you getting blue smoke from the exhaust? Also, with the engine running, if you open the oil fill cap, do you see smoke coming from in the valve cover known as blow by?
