1998 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram and on the dashboard there's a light that turns on that says Check Engine. What is the problem? What can I do to fix it.

Hi there,

This is an indication that there is a set fault cone in the ECU, you need to go get a scan done to read this code, the code will be an indication as to the actual fault, start here.
