1997 Dodge Ram seat belts won't extend

Seat belts will not come out/extend. They are stuck.

Hi ronwarn. Welcome to the forum. If both front seat belts started acting up at the same time, suspect the Central Timer Module. This is from memory which is fading rapidly. I can research this more if necessary, but I vaguely recall running into the same problem years ago at the dealership.
