Ok so when I turn my key over it does not turn over or anything, the only thing it does is make a bunch of ticking noises and the lights and odometer and speedometer go crazy. Even when the key is out it makes those noises. We tried to replace the ignition switch and the key in tumber but neither one of those solved the problem. Also the battery and alternator were tested and they are fine. Please help! Amanda

Ok if I get the starter tested and it's good then any other suggestions?

It has power when the key is off and that all the lights are blinking and the speedometer is at 120. That it makes a buzzing sound in the fuse box when the key is off.
