1995 Other Dodge Models 95 Dodge diesele 4X4 3/4 ton Pickup

I have had this pickup to several different place icluding the dealer and they all say that they dont know what is a matter with and it does have a problem. I have had the tranmisson replaced 2 times now and still the same probelm. It well shift in and out of gears mostly from over drive with all 3 transmissions that have been in it. It well shift back and forth hunting for a gears wont stay in one.

This could be an engine problem that is causing this. Take teh truck to a local cummins engine dealer. That is the engine that is in it and they know quite a bit more than the dodge dealers do. My brother has on and took it to a cummins dealer and they straightened out quite a bit of stuff that the dealer said was ok. Then if you still have hte trans problem, tray a local trans shop and see if they can doyou better. But if an engin doesn't run correctly it will cause transmission problems.
