Hello -

To better assist you please tell me the exact model of your vehicle. D150, B150 etc and the engine size in liter and the 8th digit of your VIN.

My truck is a d150 prospect with a 318 v8. It has the screw in style upper ball joints. I would like to know how to break them loose from the control arm without damaging the arm.

Hello -

Thanks for getting back with me.

I have attached the directions for you.

You will need two special tools to do this. . .. . .. . ..

The C-3564-A is used to separate the upper and lower ball joint studs.

The C-3561 is a socket to unscrew the joint.
