1979 Other Dodge Models jumping and bucking

My aspen rt has a mildly built 360 aftermarket intake holley carb. Heres the problem when cruisig at lower rpms it bucks and jumps but when you mash the peddle it runs great.I changed the dist. To an hei unit and done away with the mopar brain box changed plugs and wires but still does it

If this has a holley intake then he probably changed the cam. If this car has a lumpy idle then you are driving to slow in the gear where you get the bucking and jumping. Your only thing to change this is sell teh car if you don't care for it. Get the cam changed to something not so power set up, or live with it. The car has been obviuosly hopped up from your discription.
