Engine Miss

2000 Dodge Neon, 101900. I have changed my spark plugs and wires last week and after couple of days, my car, which is a manual transmission, gives a jerk on the 2nd and 3rd gear. I checked the plugs and wires. Seem to be fine. What might be the reason for this? Please Help. Thank You

Maybe you pulled a wire loose from a senser. Seems very strange that it would only jerk in 2 and 3. Could be a vacume hose too.
