2003 Dodge Neon Trans noise

My 03 neon is sometimes making a noise at the rear of the engine / front of the trans. When you can hear the noise the trans will pull. The noise quits the trans quits. No codes!!! What do you think????

when you say the trans will pull do you mean it will work? and when the noise quits the transmission wont move? get back to us

either the torque converter is broken from the flywheel or the transmission has suffered internal damage. unfortunately either way the transmission has to come out.
