When I am driving my car (the front left) it seems to be VERY loud and my first thought was that my tire was rubbing something? Because when I turn my wheel to the left it stops and gets quiet. But we looked underneath and there's nothing that my tire could be rubbing. Also when I got my new tires the guy told me that my wheel was bent a little but that it wasnt a big deal. I don't think that would cause this either. So my Father in law says that he thinks its the universal joint? But I have no clue! All I know for sure is whatever is happening, it's only on the left side and it makes my car LOUD. Any advice?

Thanks!

Hello,

It could be either the bearings or the CV Axle. If you can jack up that side of the car, try moving the wheel if it has a lot of movement then it is most likely the Wheel Bearing. And you should have it towed in and have it fixed. It is dangerous to drive. The wheel could lock up and cause you to crash.
