2002 Dodge Neon Irritating car problem

My car has been running awful. Sometimes when I go to pull out it like backfires then once I get going and it gets to like 4 rpm it starts jerking n sputtering. Sometimes it has no power at all when it starts the sputtering especially when going up a hill. Can you give me any ideas of what the problem might be?

I would expect that there are codes in the computer.
This may aid in troubleshooting.
There are a variety of possibilities, ignition coil problem, weak fuel pump, timng issue caused from a cam/crank sensor problem, timing belt skipped a tooth.
